Browsing the APOT website
APOT brings together information about multiple platforms, major tournaments and news, and provides a link to its official LINE account. General browsing does not require a player account. The website has no contact form that collects visitors’ names, phone numbers or email addresses.
The website and its data storage use Cloudflare services. When you browse, Cloudflare processes network requests, which may involve IP addresses and connection or security information. Not filling out a form does not mean there are no technical records. We cannot currently promise that all connection records will remain unsaved or will be cleared within a fixed number of days.
Using the official LINE account and external links
When you contact APOT through official LINE, the questions, images and account display information you send may be processed or retained by LINE and the support channel. Provide only the information needed to handle your question. Hide private information in screenshots before sending them, and do not send passwords or one-time verification codes.
To avoid duplicate replies, the LINE automatic reply system stores event identifiers, processing status and times. It does not write ordinary conversation text or reply credentials to this event table. Records of this kind older than 30 days are cleared when a later qualifying interaction is processed; they are not deleted immediately on expiry. This also does not mean that LINE conversations or copies in other services have been cleared.
After you follow an external source or platform link on this website, that service’s own data-handling practices apply.
Administrator login and operation records
Administrator login uses necessary cookies, along with hashed identity and login-verification data.
The website records management actions such as publishing, correcting, unpublishing and restoring content, and withdrawing and restoring images, for verification and maintenance. Records contain only a record identifier, an internal administrator alias, the type and identifier of the target, the action, the before and after versions, the time and the result. They do not contain player conversations, body text, image content, passwords, IP addresses or browser-identification information.
These management records are available only to existing authorized administrators. They are retained long term, with no scheduled automatic deletion. Emergency image withdrawal does not depend on successfully saving a record, so an image may be withdrawn even if the operation record was not saved.
Published content and image withdrawal
Published text and images are available to the public. Unpublishing an article does not necessarily invalidate an image URL that was previously published. Sensitive images can be withdrawn separately in an emergency.
After emergency withdrawal, the website refuses access to the image, but the original image, basic information and withdrawal status remain stored. This is not permanent deletion. Withdrawal cannot recall copies that have already been downloaded, cached or kept by third-party services.
